Everyone I talk to keeps bugging me about facebook! Why arent you on facebook? Get facebook? Did you see the pics on facebook etc etc.....
Well after the whole myspace fab I decided that fuck this facebook crap as it will probably be a phase as well. I mean I spent enough time in front of my laptop and I'm actually trying to spend less time on it because its all I do when I'm bored...Msn...youtube....porno(sometimes haha)I dont need to add facebook to the list. Remember when you were a kid, like 10ish? You used a thing called a house phone to hang out with friends or you got up off your ass and knocked on their door... what happen to those days??
Now we live our lives through computers and not to say that it’s a bad thing I mean without my laptop I’d be screwed but I don’t want to let it control my life. I personally feel that as technology grows the more antisocial we will become as a society. I mean you won’t have to leave your seat and you can accomplish so much. Now that might sound great to some but not me. I seriously think in like 20 years time libraries won’t be around, I mean why would they? Everything you need will be on the internet. What about schools? Now more then ever kids are learning through T.V. and internet, will there even be a point of going to school when you can just stay home and learn? That might sound stupid but have you ever heard of taking a course online? I did.....It was college English HAHA and I finished with an 85 and I cant spell or use proper grammar worth shit as I'm sure you noticed while reading this or any other of my blogs.
So fuck facebook! I mean fuck I'm writing a blog which I actually enjoy but I guess writing a blog doesn’t make sense seeing how I just said I want to spend less time on my computer. Oh well I guess It’s hard not to use the internet when so many things depend on it. I have been taking up other hobbies. Guitar and snowboarding to name a few. I like guitar...I suck but I like it. I've never been good at anything musical but I like trying to sing......anyway I'm rambling.
5 reasons why I say fuck facebook:
1) In a years time will facebook be popular? I doubt it.
2) I know I’m using a blog but isn’t facebook an easy way of getting a stalker/ wierdo knowing allot about you?
3) What’s the point in using it really? Dont most people that use facebook have MSN? What can you do on facebook that you cant do over MSN?
4) Personally it seems like allot of effort and time wasted.
5) I just don’t care.
These aren’t very good reason but oh well you know what I mean.
